Artist Sakuho Ito presents a solo exhibition featuring vibrant works inspired by nature, created with Ito's unique rusty Japanese paper. Recently, influenced by Shinto philosophy, Ito engages in residency programs to connect with communities and nature. After a three-month stay in Izumo from May 2023, Ito created "Worship of Life" for Izumo Taisha Shrine, questioning the concept of worship. Ito integrated local soil and sand into the artwork, dedicating it to the shrine as a work of worship of the life of the land.
