Saya Aokabi's solo exhibition "Process" will be at Gallery Henkyo in Omotesando starting April 27. Influenced by Japanese commercial animation from Aokabi's birth era, Aokabi's two-dimensional works assert "this is a painting" using Aokabi's distinct method. The show, part of Aokabi's "Process" series, reveals the artwork completion process on canvas. The exhibition will showcase all-new canvas pieces, including three large works, and debut Aokabi's first prints available through a lottery.
