The National Film Archive of Japan presents the "Hideko Takamine Retrospective at Centenary" screening on April 9 to honor the legendary actress' centennial. Featuring 22 selected films spanning from Takamine's debut film "Mother" (1929) to the last "Impulse Murder" (1979), the program offers a retrospective of Takamine's iconic career.
