In this exhibition, the artist's first solo show in Tokyo in many years, Teppei Kaneuji will present a new series of works. "Pooopopoo" expands and develops Kaneuji's recent activities into a painting space, reaffirming the small space that is the starting point of the work. This series, which incorporates paintings, photographs, miscellaneous images, foreign objects, and even fiction, uses a printing technique with complex layering. Taking on the form of material, painting becomes an environment in which relief-like and sculptural spatiality surround the viewer's body.
