Introducing the work of Setsuko Okada, a 1937 graduate of Joshibi University of Art and Design known for her paintings of poetic worlds featuring trees, birds, and human. In her late years she completed a fairy tale series. Twenty five of her works including the large painting “Fairytale Creatures (Cranes 1)” are on display.
