This exhibition by the Institute of Environmental Art and Design marking ten years since the Great East Japan Earthquake considers what the ocean environment might be like one or two decades from now through fishing banners offering messages of hope for the future. The banners were featured at the Onahama International Art Festival held 13 times since 2007 at Aquamarine Fukushima and the Fukushima Iwaki City Aquarium.
