*The Sumida Hokusai Museum is preparing for resumption according to the policy of Sumida City, we will resume viewing special exhibition “SHIRIAGARI-san, HOKUSAI-san —SHOW TIME, with a Giggle!” (1 term), and AURORA (the Permanent Exhibition) from June 1 (Tuesday).

Manga artist Kotobuki Shiriagari presents his comical take on the world of Ukiyo-e master Hokusai Katsushika with 160 works, including parodies of masterpieces such as “Thirty-six Views of Mt. Fuji.” This show expands on a 2018 exhibition and features new works by Shiriagari.
