The artist Hidetaka Furukawa creates works combing old materials with scenes of contemporary places. This exhibition features original pictures and texts produced for the column “Edo Tokyo Strolls” in the monthly magazine “Nihombashi,” which highlight culinary culture from the Edo Period.
