Miran Fukuda
Miran Fukuda (b. 1963) is an internationally acclaimed artist forging new paths in the field of painting. Her work has broadened the image of Japanese art. This exhibition of works from the Chiba City Museum of Art collection focuses on pieces created based on the art of the Edo through Meiji periods (1600s through early 1900s). This is Fukuda’s first major show since her 2013 exhibition in Tokyo.
