Galerie Omotesando

Recently, there has been a surge in artists and galleries based in the Aoyama neighborhood. Amidst such hype, Galerie Omotesando opened in October 1999 as a rental space for 3D work, sculptures and installations. Several times a year, it holds exhibitions featuring European and Japanese upcoming artists, focusing especially on those from France. It also hosts the annual Trait d’union 21, as an attempt to bridge the gap between corporations and artists. Hidden away from the bustle of Omotesando, it is the perfect space to relax and enjoy art.
