The museum of avant-garde artist Yayoi Kusama was established by the artist herself in 2017 with the aim of promoting Kusama's art and contributing to the development of art in general through the exhibition of her work and related materials. Exhibitions are held approximately twice a year. In addition to exhibiting the collection of Kusama's works, lectures and other events are also held. The mission is to convey to the world at large the message of "world peace" and "human love" that Kusama has repeatedly appealed for through her works.
