Gellalterna
Gellalterna is a space run by artist Kazunari Kurihara (currently a lecturer at Tama Art University), together with managing members Taketo Kobayashi and Ryota Tanaka, with the aim of promoting the need for alternative spaces in the Japanese art scene. The space also serves as a place where artists believe in the potential of their own eyes and intellect and actively speak out, with various artists serving as directors. Gallalterna holds artists' exhibitions and events.
