Fujiko F Fujio Museum in Kawasaki City

This is a fine art museum that displays original works by Fujiko F Fujio, a prolific manga author whose popular creations include “Doraemon.” Under the Fujiko F Fujio alias, Hiroshi Fujimoto penned manga that filled readers’ hearts with joy, through stories of hope, friendship, courage and curiosity. The museum is filled with Fujiko F Fujio’s ideas and is committed to passing his work on to future generations. Created as a cultural facility to be enjoyed by all, the museum will introduce Fujio’s world through the presentation of his original drawings. Their program of events will give visitors the chance to enjoy the definitive Fujio experience and gain a broad sense of this talented author’s wonderfully playful spirit.
In addition to the main exhibition rooms there is a manga corner, a theater and a recreation of Fujio’s study that you can visit.
