The restaurant will serve as a gallery by Nanzuka during the day and as a hidden cave of Sushi Saito produced by Koji Saito at night. The restaurant is owned and operated by Ikuya Kobayashi, who founded Sushi Saito Hong Kong as a disciple of Koji Saito and returned to Japan after winning two Michelin stars. He will offer a superb menu that follows the essence of "Sushi Saito" in all cooking techniques and in the choice of utensils. The restaurant's interior and exterior were designed by Snarkitecture, a New York-based super architectural design unit comprised of Daniel Arsham and Alex Mastonen, and the logo was designed by Motoi Sorayama, a world-renowned Japanese artist. Nanzuka will present a series of unique exhibitions, changing every four to six weeks, featuring up-and-coming artists from around the world. 3110NZ will be a one-of-a-kind, isolated space where guests can enjoy the very best in sushi while being treated to the latest in art.
