Bison (Umemura), located in the hills of Umemotocho, Kobe, is a small settlement created through the renovation of abandoned houses. Development began in 2021, and the site now includes residences as well as galleries, studios, and other creative spaces. Using salvaged materials, residents and artists continue to collectively shape and develop the site.
