The owner, who is also an art installer, renovated an office building and ultra-low-temperature freezer for storing frozen tuna that was auctioned off at a fish market in Senju in 2019. A new kitchen has been built, a restaurant license has been obtained, and the space functions as a shared café and gallery. The former freezer (warehouse) has been converted into a gallery/studio with soundproofing, allowing works to be exhibited without volume restrictions.
