The third building of the Museum of Modern Art, Kamakura & Hayama was completed in March 2003 and opened in October. In addition to the exhibition rooms with varying ceiling heights and lighting environments, the museum is equipped with a variety of facilities, including an art library that aims to be a center for the collection and dissemination of information, an auditorium with audio-visual equipment, and a storage room with the best in conservation technology.

In order to make the museum a part of daily life, the entrance hall, courtyard, restaurant, museum store, garden, and the art library on the first basement floor can be used free of charge.

From Zushi Station on the JR Yokosuka line or Zushi・Hayama Station on the Keikyu line, take the Keikyu bus for 20 minutes and get off at Sangaoka / Kanagawa Kenritsu Kindai Bijutsukan Mae.
