La Maison Franco-Japonaise

Inheriting the aspirations of its founders, Eiichi Shibusawa and Paul Claudel, and the spirit of the cultural agreement between Japan and France, the Institute aims to promote cultural and academic exchange between the two countriese. In addition, in consideration of changes in the international environment, the institute will broaden the scope of its activities and make every effort to disseminate its achievements, thereby contributing to mutual understanding and goodwill between Japan and France as well as internationally, and to the promotion of the interests of society.
