Maison Kenpoku
“An art center/laboratory open to the community,” Maison Kenpoku opened in 2018 in Hitachiota City as part of Ibaraki Prefecture's "Kenpoku Art Village Promotion Project". The center features production studios, exhibition spaces, and other facilities, and is staffed by members of the Ibaraki Prefecture North Regional Development Cooperation Team (Nao Hisaka: fashion design, Mieko Matsumoto: photographer, artist). It is engaged in various projects related to regional cooperation and culture between different generations.
