BALC (Base Art Leisurely Culture) is a gallery that merges art, culture, and everyday comfort to cultivate new values. Opened in April 2025 in Osaka’s Nakanoshima, BALC connects Japanese artists with the world and introduces global expressions to Japan. Through collaboration with artists, it fosters creativity within the city and brings art closer to daily life through its café space.
