Kawaguchi City Museum of Art aims to be a "park-like museum" where anyone—children and adults, art connoisseurs and those who visit on a whim—can easily come and enjoy themselves. We aim to pass on the value of artists and works associated with Kawaguchi, a city of craftsmanship, to future generations, while also supporting the challenges of artists who continue to create in this city today. Furthermore, through exhibitions, workshops, lectures, and performances, we offer opportunities to encounter expressions and new perspectives that are not typically found in everyday life. We aspire to be a warm and welcoming place where we can gather lots of excitement, anticipation, and thrills, and nurture the future together with all of you.
