This event has ended.

"Chax," the illustrations by Mori Chax, published in Osaka in February 2000, were originally doodles in the margins of the illustrations he was drawing while at work. The final versions of Mori Chack's illustrations are produced on a computer, so it is rare that there is any trace of his actual hand in them, but even now his illustrations are still born out of doodle-like rough sketches.
This exhibition puts the spotlight on Tokyo-based Mori Chack's doodles, and there are also purpose-drawn doodles for sale.

Bloody Kawaii

I was having dinner in Shibuya. In a cafe, mostly women around, floating laces and floral cloths, spring plucked on string, the waitress, like a friend, was joking with me and I was replying with my broken Frenglish remixed with meager 日本語.
