This event has ended.

The artist visited Kingolwira, an agricultural village in Tanzania in 2006. She participated in a study tour to observe the current state of Africa first hand and stayed at a local home. The life that she experienced in her short 2-day stay was unexpectedly peaceful and abundant, nothing like the negative image that she had. Although there were some problems such as distrust between tribes, the overwhelming impression she got was that of happiness and fruitfulness, especially when running around barefoot with children. Color and black-and-white photographs will be on display.

*"Habari Gani?" means "How are you?" in Swahili.
