Gallery Hashimoto is pleased to present a new exhibition of Masaki Ogihara.
Ogihara is a self-taught painter and had his first solo exhibition in
last fall opened up by Takashi Murakami's Geisai.
Ogihara paints for his strong urge to paint. He paints and draws because he cannot stop. His original imaginary world expands in his works. With his unique sense of color & delicate rhythmic lines change the two dimensional surface into 3D where we, so familiar with a flat subjective painting world, are dragged into.
