These new watercolors and oil paintings based on photographs, notes, and images depict the nature of living things through lenses of “light and darkness,” “life and death,” and “good and bad.” They are a type of “memorandum” in painting. This is Kyoko Shindo’s sixth exhibition at Gallery Yuki-Sis.
