400 Years of European Paintings: Masterpieces from Tokyo Fuji Art Museum

The Tokyo Fuji Art Museum, located in Hachioji City, Tokyo, houses approximately 30,000 works of art in various genres from various countries and periods in Japan, the East, and the West.
Among them, the museum’s extensive collection of oil paintings, which covers 400 years of European painting history from the 16th century Italian Renaissance to the 20th century, is widely known not only in Japan but also overseas.
This exhibition features 83 works by Tintoretto, Van Dyck, Boucher, Turner, Monet, Renoir, Cézanne, Modigliani, and other masters who have made their mark in the history of Western painting.
