While living in Paris in 1933, Taro Okamoto joined the avant-garde art group Abstraction-Création and formed a deep relationship with Surrealist Kurt Seligmann. This exhibition introduces works by Seligmann along with those by Okamoto and explores how their friendship influenced postwar Japanese art.
